Any pricing quotations, wood selection assessments, or delivery estimates shared via website request forms, email logs, phone calls, or WhatsApp consultations are estimates. Actual materials cost, custom features, or custom delivery address ranges will adjust final rates.

6. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. We are not liable for delayed transit times caused by carrier disruptions, local festival closures, raw lumber shortages, bad weather conditions, or local delivery access rules.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our products, custom-made orders are ineligible for cancellation once production has started in our factory. Refund eligibility for structural components is evaluated individually and will exclude material costs already incurred.
