Every piece is packed in robust, multi-layer corrugated boxes with high-density foam padding, corner protectors, and wooden crate framing (for larger items like bunk beds) to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.
We insure all our shipments. In the rare event of transit damage, simply take photos of the damaged packaging and product upon delivery, share them with our customer care within 24 hours, and we will send you free replacement parts or arrange a return and rebuild.

Russian Birch Plywood is comprised of multiple cross-banded layers of premium solid wood veneers. This gives it extreme screw-holding capacity, water resistance, and prevents warping or sagging, unlike MDF or particle board which swell and break when exposed to moisture.
